      ZDF03交聯熱收縮膜

      ZDF03在生產過程中采用了輻射交聯技術,使樹脂的高分子鏈由線狀結構轉變為網狀體型結構,從而顯著提高了收縮膜的各項性能,主要體現在以下幾個方面。


      首先是大幅度提高了薄膜收縮率(高達80%),使薄膜收縮更貼體,包裝效果更完美。再就是提高了薄膜的強度和韌性,使包裝更為結實。其次也提高了薄膜的熱封性能,使封口更為牢固,并且徹底避免了封口處的“拉絲”現象。除此三項外,薄膜的耐熱性能和耐寒性能也有一定程度的提高,使其適應范圍變得更為廣泛。


      常規厚度:12um、15um、19um、25um、30um、38um。
